Storage depends on your tier: Free trailers are kept for 48 hours, Standard trailers for 30 days, and Premium/Cinematic trailers for 90 days. We send a warning email approximately 24 hours before a trailer is scheduled for deletion so you have time to download it — please save any trailers you want to keep before the expiration date. If you need extra help before deletion, contact support with your job ID as soon as possible.
Getting Started
Simply upload your book cover and blurb on our Create page. Our AI will generate a stunning 15-second trailer for free, with no credit card required.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal and Authorize.net. You can securely complete your order on the payment page after selecting your desired tier.
After payment is processed, trailer creation begins immediately. You'll see the job in your account where you can track progress, and we'll email you when the trailer is ready. Creation time depends on tier and current queue (see typical timing in the FAQ). Once complete, downloadable video files and social-ready formats will be available from your job page.

We offer three paid tiers with clear pricing and features: Standard ($19) — 30-second trailer without watermark, HD 16:9 master plus an automatically generated vertical 9:16 version for social platforms; Premium ($29) — enhanced output with premium narrator options and multiple social-ready formats (16:9 master + 9:16 vertical + 1:1 square) and higher-quality assets; Cinematic ($49) — our premium cinematic option (availability may vary and may be hidden in the storefront). Free tier — 15-second demo trailer with watermark and no do-overs. Exact pricing, availability, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Using BookReelz
Trailers usually finish in minutes, but times vary with tier and queue. Typical processing: Free/demo jobs ~1–2 minutes; Standard tier ~2–5 minutes; Premium tier ~3–10 minutes; Cinematic tier (when enabled) can take longer, especially when optional AI video steps are included. You'll see live progress in your account, and we'll email you when the trailer is ready. If a job appears stuck, open a support ticket and include your job ID so we can check pipeline logs.
Yes. Paid orders allow regenerating or redoing trailers; exact allowances can vary by tier and site settings. Free/demo users receive a single 15-second demo (no do-overs). If you need an additional version beyond your account options, contact support with your job ID and we'll review available options.
Yes — paid orders automatically include social-ready versions in addition to the 16:9 widescreen master. Standard tier includes the 16:9 master (trailer.mp4) plus a vertical 9:16 file (trailer_vertical.mp4, 1080x1920). Premium (and Cinematic when available) includes the 16:9 master plus a vertical 9:16 and a square 1:1 file (trailer_square.mp4, 1080x1080). All available files appear on your job page once processing finishes; if a format is missing, contact support with your job ID and we’ll regenerate the missing file(s) for you.
On the Create page, paste your Amazon book URL and click 'Auto-Fill'. We'll fetch your book's title, author, description, and cover image to speed up trailer creation.
Paste a public Amazon book URL on the Create page and Auto-Fill will attempt to grab the title, author, description/blurb, and cover image to speed up trailer creation. If Auto-Fill fails, try a different region's Amazon URL or copy/paste your book details manually — you can always edit fields before creating the trailer.
